when i inser a disc in dvd writer my computer gets hanged pls help me

Is it happening for all discs; I mean other DVDs, CDs, Audio CDs etc?

i had solved the problem i had just changed the cables and i dont have any more problems

There is some prob with CD driver so please checking out it.
