Buzzing/Static Noise

Here is what my problem is, i recently just bought an acer aspire m5800 and ive started getting weird static noises from my lcd tv, ive already checked my cable connections and ive tested the lcd with another computer so its not my lcd, im guessing its the computer causing the weird static/buzzing noise, its really anoying, plz any help will be really appreciated,

Things I have done trying to solve this Stupid Problem: Reseated the GPU, unplugged some of my components like the wrieless card and the modem card.
