Compatable/balance hardware - ASUS EN-GTS250 1Gb DDR3 256bit with a Pentium Dual Core CPU

Hi all,
I need some opinion, or maybe sugestion for this config:

-CPU Pentium 4 dual core 3.00GHz
-RAM 2.5Gb DDR2

And I have some plan to config with a:

-VGA ASUS EN-GTS250 1Gb DDR3 256bit.

Is that good configuration?

What we need to confirm is that if your motherboard can handle this baby. As you can see in the specs it's interface is PCI Express 2.0 . So your mobo must at least have the PCI Express interface to use it. Can you post your mother board details?

Other that that I think your CPU can handle this card.

My mobo is Gigabyte GA-945PLM-S2. I've used Dagraphic HD 4670 DDR3 512Mb 128bit for my graphic card before, but it has been crashed after I used it about less than a year.
So, I need your suggestion before buy the new Vga card for better result.

Your mobo Gigabyte GA-945PLM-S2 should do the job.

Btw. What happened to your Dagraphic card? If it's less than a year old warranty should be available, right?
