I have a Brady Label Printer 2461. It's only printing half of my labels.. well one side of the labels. there is a nob on the bracket that holds the ribbon up against the labels. If I tighten the nob all the way down. the labels look great on the right side.. but hardly visible on the left side. and vice versa (if I loosen the nob). I tried keeping the nob kinda in the middle but nothing seems to help. The only way I can seem to get a good set of labels is if i put a small bit of pressure with my fingers on both sides of the bracket so that the ribbon is on the labels better. This way it looks great.. but it is very annoying having to do this. Does anyone out there know if there is something else I can tighten up to make the ribbon connect with the labels better.
Thanks, |
