Suggestion for buying TV tuner card
I want to buy a TV Tuner card. It should have FM, Video capturing facility and very good picture quality, Cost upto-Rs. 1500-1600/- . Which TV tuner card should I buy which posses all the three above mentioned qualities and cost upto Rs. 1500-1600. TV tuner card users please tell me?

This is my first post here !!
 I'm using pinnacle tv tuner card for past five years ,,, It's works well ... bugs only at sometimes... .. So i recomend pinnacle from my experience... |
