Can't remove shading from TOC entries in MS Word 2007
I have created a TOC in Word, but can't get the shading to disappear. I've selected Word Options > Advanced > Show document content > Field shading: Never, but the TOC is still shaded.
I've also selected the TOC paragraphs and then selected the clear fill, but the TOC is still shaded.
Also, graphics in this document show a gray background, but when I paste them elsewhere, they are white.
I can't seem to figure out what's wrong, but I can't think of anything else to do at this point. Any suggestions welcome!
