How to enable Java
I'm trying to access a website which will allow me to mark test papers online.
When I try to do this I get a message at the bottom of the screen saying
'Internet Explorer block this website from installing an Active X control'
When I click 'install', it then goes to a security warning saying
'Windows has blocked this software because it can't verify the publisher'
Publisher: Unknown Publisher
Then nothing happens
I rang the company https://www.nct-markers.com and they told me to click on a link that says 'Browser Health Check'
When I do this I get the message:
'Java Version Check
You don't currently have Java enabled in your browser.
Please check your browser settings or install Java from the following link Java 18.104.22.168'
When I click the link and install Java, I STILL can't access the online test papers to mark them. Then when I revisit the website and click Health Check again, I get the same message. I have tried this 3 times. I've also tried restarting my laptop. Nothing works.
