How to Repair your Computer?

I know it's hard to call a computerengineer every time you experience some sort of problem with your PC or laptop. It not only wastes your hard earned money, but also precious time in your life.Is it possible to repair a computer your own? Do you really need to be a techsavvy to fix your PC your own? We'll discuss this topic in detail and I'm sureafter reading this article you'll come to know about important yet easy toperform techniques to deal with most commonly experienced problems.

Well, you might know that most problems are caused due to corruption of DLLs/ ActiveX file registration entries. Use the ZombieSoftFix. Check the DLLs/ ActiveX registration entries for possible corruption and then repair the same.

If you're encountering a problem after installing a newprogram..

Although not all, most of the PC problemsare linked with one or more software installed on your computer. For example:You may encounter a problem after installing a certain software program. So inthat case merely uninstalling the particular software would help. A software comeswith numerous DLL (Dynamic Link Library) files which not only copied to yourhard disk, but also registered in the system registry. The problem arises whenthese files are incompatible with your system, or the registration process isnot properly performed.

If the particular software is reallyimportant for you then check for the newest edition of the software on the Internetand download it. You would find a ReadMe file usually located the rootdirectory of the installation disc. In that file information about supportedhardware and operating system is mentioned in details under €Minimum system requirements€section.
If you're getting an error message specifyingfull name of a DLL file, it's probably a file registration error. That means thespecified DLL file is not properly registered. In that case, merelyunregistering the file and reregistering the same would fix your problem. Fireup the Command Prompt as an administrator and type €regsvr32 -u xxx.dll€ and €regsvr32xxx.dll€ commands respectively. Enter both the commands without quotes andreplace xxx with the actual file namespecified in the error message. Once the DLL un-registration and reregistrationprocess is performed, subsequent messages will appear. A mere system rebootwould work for you.
Another option is that you can restore yourPC to an earlier state, i.e. before the installation of that particularsoftware. You may use the System Restore software for that purpose.

If your PC crashes or reboots automatically..
It indicates there is serious problem withyour PC. Don't worry; you don't have to call your computer engineer. I'll tellyou what you have to do.

The first thing you can try is to repairthe startups of your PC. For that you need Windows installation disc. Insertthat disc in your DVD ROM Drive, boot from it.
