Pendrive is not allowing to be formatted?

Sir,
I have a problem with my pendrive. It is not working. Of course, It is being recognized by the system. It is not allowing to be formatted. It is not opening. When porpeties button was opened with right clicking, it showing a file named RAW. What is the problem and how can it rectified???
Please some one tell me the remedy please. Thanks in advance,

can u format the pendrive in another machine ?

if not, it might be that your pen drive has become corrupted and needs a repair/replacement.

Thank you for your message. It is showing same Even when the system is changed. And, It is showing working properly message when seen from Device Manager.

i think you check your pen drive. Most probably it has been damaged.
