Question Problems with green led light on server board

Hi All,
I am brand new to this kind of forum so please bear with me. I have been working on and building computers for about 15 years. I have the strangest problem going on with this server board I have ever seen. Everything works perfect other then when you turn the machine on the green led power light goes out. When you shut the machine off the green led power light comes on and stays on. Instantly when you hit the switch to turn the machine back on the green led power light goes out. I have searched google , Intel and I am a member of Tech Republic , I can find nothing on this. Can anybody shed some light on this for me please.

THe specs are P4 3.0 800 FSB 512 cache
875 intel chipset
2 Gig of Ram
80 Gig WD Sata HD
400 watt PS
DVD RWcdRW COmbo
1U Server Case
Windows XP Pro All Updates
No BOSD'S
Run"s As smooth as you could want.
Never seen anything like this before.
PLEASE HELP!!!
