I made sure everything was updated and ran a Malwarebytes scan which removed three things. I am running a "Windows Defender" full scan now which it says will take a few hours.
I'll pop it open and check out the dust later.

Hey guys, I'm back after a couple weeks of inactivity. As I said, I ran the suggested tests. Malwarebytes popped up with a couple of issues and the Full Scan showed clean. I said I would check for dust a long time ago, but I think I may have to do wait to do that until tomorrow. I'll keep updating this, as I would really love to get the full performance from my pc.
