New Build BSOD Nightmare!

I have built dozens of systems over the past several years and have never had issues like this. This is an all new build (specs below) and after reloading windows 10 (64) several times, trying every bios setting on the planet, switching out the RAM, Mainboard and CPU for new units, I am still getting all kinds of bizarre BSOD's at random times, unlinked to any particular program or activity. I sometimes get them during boot up before I ever get to the lock screen. I sometimes have outstanding performance for around two hours without a problem, sometimes no more than 2 minutes and it crashes.

I don’t even game, I just do internet browsing, watch a movie on one monitor and work with documents and spreadsheets, so the system has barely been stressed.

My next step is swapping out the power supply… If that does not do it, the MSI mainboard and graphics card are out and ASUS units go in.
ANYONE HAVE ANY BETTER IDEAS???

BSOD's seen (in the last few hours):
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (usbohci.sys)
BAD_POOL_HEADER
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (NTFS.sys)
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (e22w10x64.sys)
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

System Specs:
Case: Thermaltake URBAN S71 Full Tower
Power Supply: Corsair HXi Series, HX750i, 750 Watt
Mainboard: MSI 990FXA GAMING
RAM: Patriot 32GB(4x8GB) Viper III DDR3 1866MHz (PC3 15000)
CPU: AMD Octa-core FX-8370 4GHz Desktop Processor with Wraith Cooler, Black Edition
Graphics: MSI R7 370 GAMING 4G
SSD: Samsung 850 PRO - 512GB

Re: New Build BSOD Nightmare!

It does sound like a bad PSU, especially seeing as you've already tried switching everything else out. You should be able to RMA it.

Re: New Build BSOD Nightmare!

Ya, the new one arrived today, but I am going to swap out the motherboard for an ASUS Sabertooth 990FX. The one I have now like to lock up during post if it does not like your USB keyboard. It hates both my 10 year old Keytronic and my brand new Corsair K70 RGB. It breaks over a decade long of not using anything but MSI boards

Re: New Build BSOD Nightmare!

Have the Power supply and board in, Win10 installed and adding apps, not one BSOD.

Excellent

You could try running some stress tests to be sure, such as Super Pi and MSI Kombustor.
