I'm looking for a motherboard that has integrated:

processor
sound (prefer onboard Sound Blaster)
video (prefer onboard Nvidia or ATI)
gigabit lan
the WORKS

I'd like a CPU onboard that is equivalent to an
AMD Athlon 64 3500+

A number of years back, I had a mboard with onboard Sound Blaster 128, and
was really happy with it. Currently, I have a board with built in Via C7
CPU, but it is a bit on the slow side for video compression.

Can anyone recommend anything?

Price isn't much of an issue - I just want the convenience of knowing that
everything works together, and that if something goes bad, it is all covered
by warranty.

I am not aware of ANY consumer motherboards in the world being manufactured
with a builtin CPU anymore.

The board is know as Gigapro boad. This is a mother board with
integrated processor
1. On board sound
2. On board VGA
3. Micro ATX form factor
4. On board processor

and search for onboard proceessor or motherboard onboard processor.
That is the solution to request.

The original question was about a processor having power equivalent
to a 3500+. Picking a motherboard that runs at the equivalent of
1GHz is not going to help.

And clicking one of *your* links isn't going to help anyone, but you.
