To whom ever in charge!

I NEED YOUR HELP.

Hi,

Please guide me by sending the access steps to me as soon as possible.

1) My friend couldn't download any file at all.

-I'm sending a Windows Live Installer and some Installer files to my friend
for downloading and she totally couldn't accept anything.
-She's using internet explorer 7. what ever thing she needs to down just
couldn't access.
-May i know why is this appearing on my screen everytime when i'm sending
files to her? (''File Transfer Warning'', 'You have chosen to transfer a file
which may be unsafe ', 'The file you attempted to send has been detected as
potentially unsafe and was not sent'). May i know what's going on?
-Is it due to her coms or mine?
-we even used tools(drop down list box) to enable all kinds of options in
each of our coms but she just couldn't accept all the files that i've send.
