Tool bar does not stay set

Internet Explorer Information:

Version 7.0.5730.11
Build 75730
Application Path C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer
Language English (United States)
Active Printer Canon S630,winspool,Ne02:
Cipher Strength 128-bit
Content Advisor Disabled
IEAK Install No

I can not seem to customize the tool bars on IE. First, I make sure the
'lock tool bar is unchecked. Next I drag a tool bar to the position I
want it to appear on the screen. The tool bar will remain stationary
until I shut down IE. The next time I restart the browser, the tool bar
has migrated to its default position. This happens whether or not I lock
the tool bar prior to shutting down IE. I have been unable to Google for
a satisfactory solution to this annoyance.

Re: Tool bar does not stay set

HI Gerard,

Google toolbar installed? The toolbar resets the layout each time the
browser is loaded.
Either disable the BHO component of the toolbar (not required for the
toolbar to work) or download the registry tweak from

http://iecustomizer.com/?url=Disable...HODownload.asp

Regards.
