Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox
I am having troubles with our family computer. When you open up one of the
two, either IE or MF the connection to the internet is fine, but then when you close them and leave them for a while they will not connect to the internet. Does anyone know what is happening and how i can get rid of this problem? And one more thing where can i get a good FREE virus scanner? |

The problem with the connecction is not the browsers. They both connect via the phone line, cable or whatever connection you use. If or if not you can still get your email cliant to work, it still depends on the settings your server gave you. It could also be a firewall problem. Try asking your local server to see if their lines are overloaded and/or your settings are right. Everyone has an opinion on "free" antivirus programs. Mine is bias as I needed a paid version after a free version did not stop malware. You do get what you pay for. -- "Expect less from life and get more from it" |
