RE: Internet keeps restarting
What is your Windows Operating System?
Try starting without add-ons by right clicking the IE desktop icon and selecting start without add-ons. Does the behavior still persist? If using Vista, Start>Run type in iexplore.exe -extoff to start without add-ons Try browser reset - Tools>Internet Options>Advanced Tab>Reset Button You will lose your trusted sites list which can be re-added and this will disable all add-ons as well as toolbars. -- Gistcheckin "SpiritJ" wrote: > When I have several browsers open and I close one browser all the browsers > close and a warning messages comes up and says Internet stop working will > restart. Damn! I wish people would be more careful! Every time you stop the Internet from working I have to reboot it. Do you realize how difficult that is? There are probably ten bazillion servers in 256 countries I have to reboot! -- Norman ~Shine, bright morning light, ~now in the air the spring is coming. ~Sweet, blowing wind, ~singing down the hills and valleys. |
