hey you all..... back again
i have a rapidshare account... which is just one month old... and the account is going to expire in 2 days... i've been thinking to extend the account...... but the problem is i never did an online transaction online... i asked my dad to do it via paypal... but he said.. you never know.... online transactions are not safe anymore... so want to know how safe is using PAYPAL. and another thing if i extend my account for 3 months .... is there a possiblity that rapidshare might use my card number to keep extending my account with out intimating me.... thank you........ |

Re: rapidshare account extension
paypal doesnt reveal the cardnumber to rapidshare...dnt worry about that...
but its better to do the transactions from a secure system... |

Re: rapidshare account extension
PayPal uses a secure connection. Just make sure you have not logged in to a phishing site, check the paypal security certificate and make sure you haven't misspelled paypal.com
In fact online transactions are more secure than telephone/mobile transactions. ![]()

Re: rapidshare account extension
Yes paypal is very secure. I personally like to use paypal over anything else. And like baku said , make sure you are not logged into some paypal lookalike phishing site.
