Exclamation BSNL Broadband Connection in Linux, How to do it ?

Please can anyone tell, how to make BSNL Broadband connection in Linux, with pics if possible) ... I am blind when it comes to linux.

I have laptop (Compaq) with linux OS (Redhat maybe) ... and I dont know how to set up an internet connection there.*

Please help, thanks in advance.

just sudo pppoeconf from the terminal should bring up the configuration screen the rest is pretty easy..

its a old thread.i am trying it on oracle enterprise linux 5.3...........

can you guide me a bit?i tried the command:

the command is running fine but not getting into internet.

the process is not working at all...
