orkut - Deleted profile

Hi..I had deleted my older orkut profile a few months back.on the 21st of march,2009.But a few days back,I found that the account has come back with all the scraps and freind list and everything intact.But i cannot access the account using the previous password.but using that previuos account name and a new password is creating a new orkut profile.
Am confused.Please help.

Somebody might have created a fake profile. Post it in the Orkut Support forum or contact the Orkut team directly.

Yeah it is a common form of identity theft to steal those kind of accounts and then plaster advertizing all over it. Do you have recovery questions? If so reclaim your account
