How computer virus is formed?

Hi

I have lot of computer virus in my computer.But Norton antivirus software is secured my computer.My question is how this computer virus is formed?This is formed by manual or through internet?

All unnecessary files are like a virus to me. Virus is all about that makes your PC slow and threat the information. It is caused by manual using internet.
