It looks promising as it seems to address all/most of the issues other file sync softwares have (file size limits, total storage limits, vulnerability to subpoenas/the NSA, association with worryingly large companies like Google, etc.), it's not free for the full version though ($30), not sure how restrictive the free version really is yet.
I'm planning to give it a go, see if it's as good as it's cracked up to be and try to compare the free/paid versions a bit (it gives you a 30 day trial). With that said, I have until early May to finish my coursework
