You need to set your modem to autodial on powering on.

hiiiiiiii dude i have 2 pc with a dataone connection.i want connect using a ethernet cable.My problem is that in your First step which is to be performed on pc 1 i see two lan connection one is connected and other one is unplugged.But in my computer on main pc 1 computer i could see just one lan connection which is connected and other one is a bsnl icon(Wan miniport connected ppoe) pls help me

Which type of modem do you use ? Does your modem have multiple ethernet ports or do you have at least 2 ethernet ports on one system ? otherwise you need to get a hub/switch. Make sure you read the hardware requirements posted.

You can set your modem to autodial a connection (steps vary depending on your modem model) and simply connect the two pacts with the ethernet ports.

DNA-A211-1 is my modems model no. i can connect net on both omputers but the problem is that i cant run net on both sytem at a same time,i have to close either one of net on any system.

Check this thread : ITI DNA-A211-1 - How to configure PPPoE?

Basically you have to do the opposite of what is mentioned there. You need to set the modem to autodial. Next time you turn on the modem it connects automatically. You just need to turn on the computer and start browsing (no need of dialing a connection)
