Hi I just bought the DVD to iPhone software. Every time I try and open a DVD, the program crashes. I could be doing something wrong, the process goes as follows:

1. Open ImTOO DVD to iPhone Converter
2. Click the "DVD Add" button
3. Highlight the DVD under "Devices"
4. Click Choose

Then a 3-5 second pause and a message saying that it quit unexpectedly and asks if I want to relaunch. I've tried a number of DVD's under a number of settings. Here's the specs on my computer:

• iMac 2.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
• Mac OS X Version 10.5.1
• 2GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM
• ATI Radeon HD2600
• Optiarc DVD RW AD-5630A

sorry for answering so late. have u tried to redownload the program again, if not, try plz, then tell me.
by the way check the dvd folder structure, is it a common one, include '' Audio_TS" and "Video_TS"
