Generally speaking, the trial time of our software is 5 minutes and we just limit the trial time while not the function. Thus, you will get the same satisfaction within the full version of the software as that you got in the trial version.

(1.) Support at "DVD Ripper for Mac" is non-existant - it's been over a week and they have not responded to queries about their product. Also, no indication that money will be refunded if product does not back up movies to customer's even partial satisfaction.
(2.) Tried several times, but the trial/test period lasts for 26 seconds and only shows the opening Columbia Pictures logo - not very reassuring.

Hi all, I'm evaluating DVD ripper on my powerbook PPC 1,67 Ghz, 1GB Ram.
I'm trying to convert 30sec from a folder that contains both audio_ts and video_ts folders. Well I tried to convert these 30secs in different formats, avi, mpg, mov, etc. Sometime the converstion doesn't work at all, other times I got the file converted, I can watch it (good!) but never able to hear audio.
Suggestions?

Only avi/mpg/mov cannot converter? or others cannot also?
And you said the convertion doesn't work, what's the real meaning? is it have a pop-up dialog box that tell you the file is invalid or other thing?

ImTOO Software Studio for mac version, it is useful . i wish it could support directly rip dvd to H.264

Hi, I need some help.

I currently have the demo and it's running just fine. I plan on purchasing in within the next month or so. But I found a few things that are little weird that I think has to do with the source, in this case the DVD.

Problem #1: When I put an original movie DVD in, let's say Bruce Almighty, I can use the Trim function and the Trim window pops up and everything. But, when I pop in a DVD-R/+R that I had recorded footage from a VHS onto using a DVD recorder (or some other movie DVD by chance), I cannot use the trim function. I can't even pan through the titles and chapters in the player in the bottom right, making really difficult to set the Start Time and Duration without having to watch the whole chapter until I get the part I want. How do I fix this if there's any way to?

Problem #2: My roommate has a PC. He currently uses a DVD Ripper from another maker. When he pops in a DVD-R/+R that has footage on it, also with set titles and chapters, the program reads the DVD and shows the Titles and Chapters in the collapsible list, just like it would normally on the DVD Ripper. But for some reason, on the DVD Ripper, it doesn't show any chapters or collapsible lists for DVD-R/+R. Just 2-5 titles with lengthy running times. I want to know why this is and what I can do to fix it if possible.
