M3A32-MVP Deluxe - OC

Hello!
I have a question regarding oc with my mb.
My system:
Phenom Agena 9600 with 2048 MB RAM on a M3A32-MVP Deluxe.

I try to overclock my system with
Bus-Speed 210 MHz
Multiplier x12
Result in BIOS Post is: 2520 MHz

But: Everest, CPU-Z, AMD Overdrive shows only x11.5 as multiplier (result is
2415 MHz

Here is the report from everest:
CPU Typ QuadCore AMD Phenom
9600, 2415 MHz (11.5 x 210)
CPU Bezeichnung Agena
CPU stepping DR-B2
Vorgesehene Taktung 2300 MHz
Min / Max CPU Multiplikator 5.0x / 11.5x

Multi CPU:
Motherboard ID ATI
CPU #1 AMD Phenom(tm) 9600
Quad-Core Processor, 2520 MHz
CPU #2 AMD Phenom(tm) 9600
Quad-Core Processor, 2520 MHz
CPU #3 AMD Phenom(tm) 9600
Quad-Core Processor, 2520 MHz
CPU #4 AMD Phenom(tm) 9600
Quad-Core Processor, 2520 MHz

Question: which is the correct cpu-speed now?
TIA
Juergen
