BizTalk 2004: BAM Activity Views not showing up on BAS ActivitySearch

Hi!
I have the following issue:

The activities and views that have been deployed to the BAM database
do not show up for me on the BAS Activity Search screen. For a
colleague of mine only one of the views show up. I looked at the C:
\Program Files\Microsoft BizTalk 2004\Tracking folder and I can see a
lot more views and activities deployed. I am a part of the all the
available BizTalk groups and BAS administrators and users on the
machine.

What should I look for?

I have a separate question:

The BizTalk 2004 environment is set up on server A and it's
corresponding database is on server B. Should server A, the BizTalk
server, have an installation of Analysis services of SQL 2000 to
assist in BAM/BAS processes?

Thanks.
