Word hangs when inserting clipart

Running XP pro with Win2K server environment. Users must authenticate to the
server to gain access to the internet. When some users attempt to
search/insert clip art into Word, Word locks up. Other users can do this
without any problems. Suggestions appreciated.

Might empty your temp folder, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, delete
files.
