Clip art showing as attachment in email

Hi there,
Using MS Office Outlook 2003. When I try to insert clip art in to an email,
it appears as an attachment instead of showing the picture in the body of the
email. Please help!

To simply add clip art to your e-mail message, you must first download the
clip art. Then go to Outlook and open a new message. Click Insert on the top
menu bar, and in the drop-down list, click Picture and then click Clip Art.
After you find your clip art in the box that appears on the right-hand side,
drag it to the message.
