If/Then Statements in Access using zip codes

i am trying to setup a conditional statement so that if I type a zip code in
my database, it will automatically populate the work region for that zip
code. I have all the zip codes and all the regions in the database, I just
can't figure out how to do this part. For example, if zip code is 99515 it
will populate Anchorage in the region field.
