Error Message - 0x800C0006

Hi I'm getting the above error when I try and insert clip art. It appears
that the message indicates that the "URL cannot be found". I've uninstalled
and reinstalled office (XP) but it's made no difference. Can anyone tell me
what I need to do next to get clip art into my document. Thanks

Start by clearing your temporary cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet
Options, delete files.
Do you have all the updates for Internet Explorer?
