inserting clip art suddenly not working in visio?

I inserted several clip art images into my visio file using Insert > Picture
> Clipart function. I saved it, reopened it and saved it again. Everything

was fine. And suddenly when I moved one of the images it turned into this
square with diagonal lines making a cross in it. And then I closed the file
thinking it was my monitor, reopened it and now ALL the images that i had
gotten from clip art turned into these blank squares with crosses!! I opened
a power point and the insert clip art feature was working fine there. So I
don't know what happened out of a blue. Please someone help me
