Clip art virus? problems with clip art in print preview
In a publisher booket I have imported MS clip art and haave no problems while
working on screen - everything looks great - but when I go to print preview of my booklet clip art that i have used appears behind text and cant be removed. LIke a glich or bug. When I print the booklet it has this same error. I have tried to cut and paste the booklet into publisher again, paste individual pages and even tried to paste it in to word or word pad and redo pages but it makes no difference. What could I try to do - short of starting all over again! THAnk you for any tips |

Re: Clip art virus? problems with clip art in print preview
Sorry - its the dulpicate clip art that appears in the booklet only when i
use print preview or when i print out the booklet. On screen you cannot see the duplicate clip art. I have tried deleting the clip art in the booket but even that does not clear these images when i print What I would like is the booklet without these duplicate clip art pictures that print over the text and in random places thank you Hem |

What version Publisher?
Pictures print multiple times in a Publisher 2003 publication http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;888185 Sometimes if you have images in the scratch area you will get strange printing. If you pull these images to the top or bottom scratch area of your publication you will not experience the strange printing. -- Mary Sauer MSFT MVP http://office.microsoft.com/ http://msauer.mvps.org/ news://msnews.microsoft.com "hemagley" <hemagley@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:3F1F7410-A6D8-40E9-A479-9997B4F2D5F5@microsoft.com... > Sorry - its the dulpicate clip art that appears in the booklet only when i > use print preview or when i print out the booklet.
