Try copy and paste into a drive. Open in application (photoshop orIllustrator)

Re: Cannot download clip art
Mary,
I right clicked on a picture and then clicked on refresh (there is no recover). I moved the temp folder to My Documents. When I tried to download a clip just now, I got the Cannot Open message again, but with the My Documents\Temp Internet File\........\ Clipart[1].cil location. Now what should I do?
