pics in sequence 1, 2, 3, etc. files show 1,10,15,3 etc
In MY Pictures, I put all pictures in order of name 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.
When my slide show is started, I get 1, 10, 15, 16, 5, 2, etc. How come and how can I change this? I've tried multiple actions already |

You can number your pictures in a batch in WinXP if you arrange them the way you like them and then number as follows: 1) File / Select All... 2) Right click the first picture of the selected group... 3) From the menu...choose...Rename... 4) Type... event name (1001).jpg ... 5) Press...Enter... Windows will fill the sequence... event name (1002).jpg event name (1003).jpg event name (1004).jpg .... And...maybe the following article would be worth a look: Organizing Pictures (scroll down to: How to organize your photo folders -- John Inzer Digital Media MVP Notice This is not tech support I am a volunteer Solutions that work for me may not work for you Proceed at your own risk |
