Clip are won't work, i can't view any thumbnails.

When i go onto microsoft word and click insert clip art the panel comes up
down the edge. then i type something in and search for it. rather than
displaying the thumbnail it comes up with a little picture which says wavand
underneath says 'dglxasset...'

it does this with every single clip art picture. if i click properties,
rather than displaying the thumbnail it comes up with a small red cross.
