Cannot open or install the clip art i download

I have already download the clip art on web, but the file has no extension
(just a file, no extension like .jpeg or any other)) like i see on the web
help, i cannot open it, when i want to open it, the computer tells me to
choose the program to open it. It cannot automatically install to my computer.

Are you downloading from the Office web site?

Empty your temporary cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options,
delete, delete files. After you perform this task, try downloading again.

What version Office do you have? Did you look in *My Pictures*, Microsoft Clip
Organizer?
