Fails: Copy of CHKINF and INFTest Library job in DTM latest version.

Hi Friends!

I'm testing the USB web-cam for the Ms-Logo certification. All the testes are passed successfully except "Run INFTest against a single INF". I had been searched lot in the internet, but I was not succeed. Even I installed QFE also, but result is still fail. I don't know that how to solve this problem. If anyone know about this means please help me.
