David, try running fixmapi at the cmd prompt

Hi there, we have tried this solution, but it didn't work. Any other
suggestions for this problem, "Action
Microsoft.Crm.Setup.Client.InstallPstAction failed.
LaunchOutlookInstallerProcess failed."

RE: Outlook CRM desktop client can't create personal stores

I've got the axact same problem here, although some users have the CRM
functionality in the terminal and others don't...

if it all works without errors then where is the challange?
