| Guest Posts: n/a | RE: Authentication error after using CRM 3.0 for months The 4 CRM groups are located in our AD under groups. My user, and all other users, are showing as members under the Reporting and UserGroup. No users are listed under PrivUser (only administrator, our exchange server computer and the CRM server are listed) and the SQLGroup is only showing administrator, one of our IT guys that NEVER is to use CRM and the CRM server. Should all the users be listed under all these groups? I added myself to the PrivGroup, but it still does not work for me. We have been running for almost a year now on CRM.
