CRM and Group policy Problem
We have the option "Deny all add-ons unless specifically allowed in the
Add-on List" set to enabled in group policy by our administrator. This is preventing Microsoft CRM 3.0 from running both in Outlook and in Internet explorer. We have enabled all Microsoft ActiveX and add-on's listed in the Internet explorer's add-on manager but we are still having problems running CRM. Are there any special add-ons that should be enabled to allow CRM to function correctly? |

Re: CRM and Group policy Problem
In the outlook client I don't get any error messages only the forms don't
show up correctly. but in internet explorer, we get the message : Unsupported security settings Microsoft CRM requires that activeX controls be enabled. Your current security settings prevent this. You need to enable Microsoft ActiveX controls and try again. We have added Microsoft CRM to the local intranet zone and enabled all activeX related options. we have also enabled all ActiveX and other microsoft based add-ons in group policy. when we turn off the option "Deny all add-ons unless specifically allowed in the Add-on List" in group policy, everything works correctly. But when we turn it on, we get the same error message. Thanks "John O'Donnell" wrote: > what message do you get when connect using the crm web client? > > > ======================= > John O'Donnell > Microsoft Dynamics ISV Architect Evangelist > http://blogs.msdn.com/usisvde > > > "Rahmatizadeh" <Rahmatizadeh@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message > news:B69FB37B-97A2-4652-A874-C9CE2B1B5687@microsoft.com... > > We have the option "Deny all add-ons unless specifically allowed in the > > Add-on List" set to enabled in group policy by our administrator. RE: CRM and Group policy Problem
we couldn't implement Microsoft CRM 3.0, we have exactly this problem in our
organaization. what should we do here?
