CRM Email Router issue
I have Exchange Server 2007 and WIndows Server 2008
We just installed CRM 4.0 and everything seems to be working except for monitoring of incoming emails. I have installed the CRM Email Router on our Exchange server, tested and it all says successfully connected to each email box, however when a customer sends a response from a CRM email, to me it doesnt auto add it into CRM. The CRM Email router service is started These are some of the errors in the event log: #27938 - An error occurred while checking for e-mail messages to process in mailbox . System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse() at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.HttpDavRequest .SubmitXmlCommand(HttpWebRequest httpWebRequest, String body) at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.HttpDavRequest .RetrieveMessage(ServiceLogger serviceLogger) at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.ExchangePollin gMailboxProvider.RetrieveNextMessageInternal() at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.CrmPollingMail boxProvider.RetrieveNextMessage() at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.CrmPollingMail boxProvider.Run() I have tried rebooting many times. Has anyone else had these issues? |

RE: CRM Email Router issue
When I tried getting the email router working with exchange 2007 I never got
it working correctly (exchange 2003 no issues). I ended up setting up the email router to connect via POP3 to the exchange server. This appears to be working without any issues, and I don't think there is any functionality I miss doing this.
