Upgrade Licence 3.0 to 4.0

Hi,

Is there an upgrade licence available from CRM 3.0 to CRM 4.0?

A client of mine is evaluating upgrading, but so far I've not been able to
track down a price for an upgrade licence. So far I've been informed that
there is no upgrade path and that our client will need to buy a complete new
set of licences. Is this really the case?

I assume your client never took Software Assurance when they got their CRM 3.
licences, as this includeds the upgrade in software assurance.
