Install datbase Error

Dear All,

I have a problem while installinh CRm 4.0.
It is creating CONFIG Database and at the time of creating CRM Database it
is giving the error " Action Microsoft.crm.setup.server.Install Database
action faild. Object reference not set to an instance of object.


Please help me it is very urgent
