Change IP Address of CRM 4 Router
We had Microsoft help us install CRM 4 including the CRM router on a
standalone server. We have since had to change the ip address of the CRM router. Incoming email seems to work through the router, but I cannot get outgoing email to work. It does not seem that anything goes from the CRM server to the Router nor to the SMTP gateway. I believe that the old IP address of the crm router may be hardcoded in the db somewhere, but I don't know where. I don't see it in the registry of the CRM server so I'm guessing it is in the db. Does anyone know if and how to change the IP address for the crm router for version 4? Thanks, Forrest |
