I have been using Expression Web for some time, all of a sudden, my folder
list went blank and the Site panel on the top main tool bar went blank and
i'm unable to select any options in it. Could anyone give me a solution for
it?

Download FP Cleaner from http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm and
run the routines:
Clear the Hidden Cache (*.web) Files
Clear the hidden temporary Files

If your Site menu is not restored then also run the routine:

Restore Default Toolbars and Menus

Note that this option will remove any customisations you have made to
toolbars and menus, and any addins you have may disappear from the
menus.

Try closing ew
and rebooting your puter

if that does not help close ew and run steve's fpcleaner
