Re: Use the Yahoo User Interface Framework (YUI)
I am glad you suggested another means of setting up a user interface. I am
currently looking at the bits to see if the libraries will work for me. I like the fact they are open source, but most libraries of this sort, including Microsoft's ASP.NET AJAX, are now open. The tools are what generally costs the end user. This is true whether we are talking Microsoft (Expression, Visual Studio) or Adobe (Flex Framework Builder) or someone else. Google and Yahoo have different models, so it may not be the case. BTW, tt does not matter that you "are not alone". What matters is the condescending way you present your suggestions. You should tone it down and present the material in a helpful way, rather than sounding like you are damning anyone who does not take your suggestion.
