Roosevelt

Hello,
I use Expression Web to edit some of PHP pages. And I noticed all the files
I open with Expression Web adds  at the beginning of the file.

As a result couple of my pages fall apart, and display bad header error.

My question is why is expression web inserting those characters and how do I
prevent it?

It's the BOM issue in EW1...search this newgroup for "BOM" and you'll find
