At this point, the dev team is investigating a fix. I'm very hopeful, but I
can't promise anything yet. I know it feels like this is moving very
slowly, but let me assure you that the dev team is taking it seriously.

About patching. At this point we don't have patching implemented for
Expression Media. Another thing the dev team is taking seriously but has
not yet had the chance to work on. So if we do get a fix, you will most
likely have to uninstall and then reinstall with the full package.
