Hi Philip,

I tried last night taking an image that I know displays incorrectly due to
alpha channel problem in PSD files, and saved as a layered TIFF. It
imported fine. I can't seem to reproduce the issue you were describing at
all. So, since you are in the U.S. I would ask you to open a case with
Microsoft Support. The customer service folks might charge you as you come
in, but since we are investigating something that looks like a bug, I'm
going to stick my neck out and say we will refund your money when you get
to a support person. You will get either Sekar or Will as your initial
engineer. They are both very good. Tell them I would like to see this. That
way we can get copies of your files and try to find a workaround that
doesn't involve deleting your channels.
